Warren Lee
President, Western Canadian Shippers’ Coalition
Warren Lee is a logistics and rail-services professional with more than 20 years of experience supporting freight, resource, and industrial supply chains. He joins WCSC with a strong background in managing large commercial portfolios and leading customer-focused teams. Most recently, he served as National Sales Director, Industrial Products division. at CN Rail, where he was responsible for more than CA$1.4 billion in annual revenue and worked closely with major forest products, metals, and mineral shippers across North America.
During his time at CN, Warren held several senior roles, including Regional Sales Director for Western Canada and national account management positions. He played a key role in developing major commodity corridors, launching projects such as the Tundra Energy crude-by-rail facility and the Duluth Intermodal Terminal, and supporting the expansion of CN’s frac-sand franchise in the United States. Before moving into the rail industry, he worked in the consumer packaged goods and energy sectors with Hershey Canada, Maple Leaf Foods, and Baker Oil Tools in Kuala Lumpur.
Warren holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and completed CN’s Railroad MBA program in 2016. He brings to WCSC a practical understanding of shipper–rail dynamics, deep commercial and operational experience, and a strong commitment to strengthening the reliability and competitiveness of Canada’s supply-chain network.
